An important value of the EITCI developed IT Training and IT Certification programmes, methodologies and standards lies in the broad European IT industrial and research cooperation initiative of the Institute, i.e. the International IT Certification Alliance Network (IITCAN). EITCI currently partners with majority of the leading IT industry corporations (including Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Juniper Networks, Symantec, Internet Security Systems, RedHat, MySQL and other premier IT companies), with multiple excellent research centers and universities in the EU and with IT industry and research societies in the EU member states. |  |
The international cooperation on the plane of research and development of the IT Certification methodologies and standards assure their adherence to the best practices of both business and academic entities. EITCI IT certified individuals and organizations meet strict requirements and expectations of many different international business and academic contractors, among others factors, due to the cooperation initiative.
