The European IT Certification Academy (EITCA) is an internationally run online e-Learning IT academic studies programme (job oriented online IT training e-Learning studies programme), aimed at providing its students with key competencies for their professional success in jobs market of knowledge based society (or IS, i.e. the currently developing Information Society). 	e-Government Information Technologies Certificate (EITCA-EG): empowering individuals as specialists in the deployment and use of various IT solutions and technologies in public administration and governmental structures in correspondence with standards widely promoted within the European Union
	e-Learning Didactics Technologies Certificate (EITCA-EL): being able to effectively use information technologies in supporting learning processes, allowing them to provide distance teaching using computer networks, Internet, mobile systems and various multimedia technologies and modern communication channels

EITCA is completely based on modern distant e-Learning technologies. The IT EITCA studies are available throughout Europe and beyond in many domestic languages in local Internet domains e-Learning systems.
